Tried to grab some merch, but my size was gone again. Frustrating

The fan messages are decent and I don’t mind using the app for that, but the updates show up late more often than they should. I’ve learned not to expect much from customer service either, since it never really feels like they’re going to give a straight answer or fix it quickly.

I ordered from OneRepublic and regret expecting it to show up when they said it would. The delivery date kept getting pushed back, and there wasn’t really any clear update along the way, so I had to keep checking it myself. It did finally arrive, but it was late enough that I definitely wouldn’t trust it for gifts.

I ordered a shirt from onerepublic.com and wasn’t expecting anything dramatic, just hoping the size and design would actually match what I picked.
At first I was kind of bracing myself for some random issue, like the wrong color or a different size showing up. But then I opened the package and, okay, I had to completely drop the attitude because everything was exactly right: color, size, and the same item from my order email.

Shipping was totally fine too, but the biggest win for me was that there were no mix-ups or weird substitutions. Simple, accurate, no hassle, and yeah, I’d order from them again

I thought checking out would be simple, but the wording on the payment step was really misleading. It made it seem like my payment went through or that I just needed to confirm one more thing, but then it kept failing. To make it worse, my cart reset twice and I had to add everything back again. it was a mess and annoying

I’m still waiting to hear back from support, and it’s frustrating!! Hoping they reply soon

I ordered a OneRepublic hoodie and a tee, and they both looked just like the photos, which is always a relief. The hoodie surprised me a bit because it’s thicker than I thought it would be, super soft inside too, and the print looks clean, not that cheap plasticky kind.
The shirt’s already been through the wash a couple times and it’s still holding up, no weird shrinking or fading so far. Shipping was totally fine, nothing exciting there, but yeah overall I’m really happy with everything and I’d definitely order again

I thought the prices were fair, and the items felt like they were worth what I paid. I’m not always great at judging value, but this seemed like a solid deal to me. Shipping maybe could’ve been a little cheaper, though overall I’m happy with it.

The item itself made it here fine, so that’s good, but the packaging was rough, really rough. It looked like it had been tossed around a bit. Not a huge deal since nothing was broken, but still, I was kind of surprised by how beat up it looked

I had to send back a shirt because it was kinda too small on me. Basically, I messaged support, they got back to me after a couple days, and once they received the shirt, the refund came through. Wasn’t lightning fast or anything, but it got handled without much hassle. I’d still order from them again.

I ordered from onerepublic.com thinking it would ship within a few days, but it kinda just sat there without any real updates. The tracking barely changed, and it ended up taking way longer than I expected. I get that delays happen sometimes, but this was sorta annoying. I’m not sure I’d order again if the shipping is going to be this slow

I ordered a shirt and the print looked really nice, but the sizing was a little off for me. It fit smaller than I expected, which was kind of unnecessary with a size chart that should’ve been more accurate. It’s not a huge deal, but I’d probably size up if I ordered again.

The site was reaaally easy to use, and everything worked without any hassle

I tried to pay twice and both times it failed, but somehow my bank still got charged. This is exactly the kind of payment issue that always seems to happen when you just want to check out quickly. Really frustrating and definitely not okay
